PDF Local is designed so your PDFs and images do not need to leave your browser. The toolkit uses device-local processing and does not provide file upload endpoints.
Your files
Files you choose are read into the memory of your browser tab. They are not stored on our servers. Your working session is cleared when the page is refreshed or closed.
Analytics
The app uses Vercel Web Analytics to collect aggregate visit information such as page views, referrers, approximate location, and device or browser details. Analytics never includes filenames, document contents, image pixels, or document metadata.
Browser limits
Local processing uses device memory. A 100 MB per-file limit and image-dimension guardrails protect the tab from exhausting resources. Very complex files may require a desktop workflow.
